2. Data we collect
When using the Service, we may process the following data:
- Account data — email address, name (upon registration). Providing this data is voluntary but required to create an account.
- Audit data — URL of the audited website, selected package, analysis results. The URL is necessary for service delivery.
- Payment data — processed exclusively by the payment provider (tpay). Seolyze does not store payment card data.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, cookies. Collected automatically to ensure proper Service operation.

- Convex — backend infrastructure provider (account and audit data storage).
- tpay — payment processor (transaction processing).
- Google — PageSpeed API (technical analysis — only the audited page URL is transmitted).
- Anthropic — AI model provider (content analysis — only audited page content is transmitted, not User personal data).
5. Data retention
- Account data — until account deletion or 12 months from last login.
- Audit data — 12 months from the order date.
- Billing data — for the period required by tax law (5 years).
6. User rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — obtain information about your processed data.
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) — request data deletion.
- Right to restriction — request limitation of processing.
- Right to data portability — receive data in a structured format.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to lodge a complaint — file a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).

7. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including transmission encryption (HTTPS), secure password storage, and system access controls.
8. AI data processing
As part of audit delivery, the content of the audited website is sent to AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis and recommendations. Only the audited page content is transmitted — User personal data (email, payment details) is not sent to AI models.

10. Policy changes
The Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of material changes through the Service.
