1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Seolyze website (the "Service"), available at seolyze.com, which provides automated SEO audits of websites.

By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • Service — the Seolyze platform at seolyze.com.
  • User — any individual or entity using the Service.
  • Audit — an automated SEO analysis of a website generated by the Service using artificial intelligence.
  • Package — the selected scope of analysis: Quick Check, Full Audit, or Audit + Plan.

3. Service description

Seolyze offers automated SEO audits covering technical analysis, on-page SEO, E-E-A-T, Schema Markup, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Results are generated automatically and presented online in the Service dashboard.

4. Use of artificial intelligence — important disclaimers

AI Disclaimer

  • SEO audits generated by Seolyze use artificial intelligence (AI), including large language models (LLMs).
  • Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional SEO, legal, or business advice.
  • AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information (known as AI hallucinations). Seolyze does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results.
  • Users should independently verify all recommendations before implementing them.
  • Seolyze accepts no liability for decisions made based on audit results or their consequences.
  • Technical results (Core Web Vitals, HTTPS, speed) are based on Google PageSpeed API data and are reliable. AI analysis (recommendations, descriptive assessments, E-E-A-T) is generated automatically and may contain errors.

5. Ordering and delivery

To order an audit, the User provides a website URL, selects a package, and — for paid audits — completes payment. After payment confirmation (or immediately for free audits), the Service automatically begins the analysis.

Audit completion typically takes up to 5 minutes. Technical issues may extend this time.

6. Refund policy

No refunds

The SEO audit service is digital content delivered entirely online.

  • Once audit generation has started, no right of withdrawal or refund applies, regardless of satisfaction with the results.
  • By ordering an audit, the User consents to the commencement of service delivery before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations or their subjective assessment does not constitute grounds for a complaint or refund.

Complaints regarding technical failures (e.g., audit not generated despite payment) are handled individually. Contact: kontakt@seolyze.com.

7. Prices and payments

Audit package prices are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Payments are processed by an external payment provider (tpay). Seolyze does not store payment card data.

During promotional periods (service launch), all packages may be offered free of charge. Seolyze reserves the right to end promotions at any time.

8. User accounts

Account registration is optional but enables access to audit history. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials. Seolyze reserves the right to delete accounts inactive for over 12 months.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, source code, and content are the intellectual property of Seolyze. Audit results may be used by the User for their own purposes. Resale, mass downloading, or automated copying of audit results is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

Seolyze is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on audit results.
  • Financial losses, traffic loss, or ranking changes resulting from implementing recommendations.
  • Service unavailability due to technical reasons.
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated results.
  • Actions of third parties (payment providers, API suppliers).

Seolyze's maximum liability to the User is limited to the amount paid for the specific audit.

11. Prohibited use

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Service in violation of applicable law.
  • Automated querying (scraping, bots).
  • Auditing websites the User does not have authority over.
  • Attempting to bypass Service security measures.

12. Changes to terms

Seolyze reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for Seolyze's registered office, subject to consumer rights to file a claim before the court competent for their place of residence.
